HOTEL MEGASTORE has fully-integrated logistics with a fully-equipped warehouse of more than 5,000m² at our headquarters site in Anse in the Rhône (69), along the A6, a strategic European road axis.
This positioning and this storage area allow us to ship our items in stock with great responsiveness within 48 to 72 hours and sometimes on the same day of your order for express delivery within 24 hours, where required. This is our "First" service.
Certain items such as bedding, furniture (bedroom fittings) or even made-up textiles (box springs, bed runners, cushions) are made to order and shipped either by us or by our manufacturers directly. For bedding, we store certain product items directly in our warehouse to be able to meet urgent requests.
To ensure the shipping of your orders, we have formed partnerships with the best carriers recognised for their expertise and quality of service over many years, namely Kuehne + Nagel, classic messaging and DPD for smaller size packages.

- €400 of purchases on consumable products: cosmetics.
- €650 of purchases on all products combined with free shipping applying to mainland France, from €1,000 excl. tax for Corsica, Belgium and Luxembourg, and subject to a quotation for other destinations.
Take note that bulky items such as furniture, bedding, minibars, etc. may be subject to specific shipping costs depending on the order (quantities, volumes, destination). These will be communicated to you on quotation. We remind you that the minimum for an order is fixed at €100.
